BARBECUE

Mixed Tapas: Bruschetta of goats cheese with chorizo, Spicy spinach tortilla, Smoked salmon
with cream cheese and caviar on rye, Melon wrapped in jamon serrano.
We serve all these as canapes before the BBQ is served.
From The Barbecue:
Chicken Satay on sticks with peanut sauce, Homemade burgers with ketchup and mustard,
Spare ribs with BBQ Sauce, Skewered Thai style jumbo prawns.
Choice of 2 salads e.g.
Tabouleh, Greek Salad, Caprese Salad, Pasta Salad, Italian Bean Salad, Rice and Mediterranean
Vegetable Salad
Baked Potatoes and Butter
Then to finish
A Choice of 2 desserts:
Creme Brulee, Summer Pudding, Meringue Tower with Butterscotch Sauce, Chocolate Cheesecake,
Fresh Fruit Pavlova, Tiramisu, Lemon Mousse etc….or any other dessert you may like

PAELLA

We can make a paella of your choice, on your terrace….we have all the gear and it is great to
watch it being made, some people like to join in and help the chef, but it’s up to you.
You could start with Mixed Tapas: Bruschetta of goats cheese with chorizo, Spicy spinach
tortilla, Smoked salmon with cream cheese and caviar on rye, Melon wrapped in jamon serrano,
Aromatic prawns with sweet chilli sauce.
Then the Paella Mixta….we can do a Vegetarian Deluxe Paella as well if required, and to finish a Crema
Catalana (Spanish Creme Brulee) or if you prefer you can choose two desserts from the Dessert
Dessert Menu:
Summer Pudding, Meringue Tower with Butterscotch Sauce, Chocolate Cheesecake, Mediterranean
Pavlova, Tiramisu, Lemon Mousse, Pears Poached in Red Wine etc….or any other dessert you may like

SPANISH BUFFET

Fish/Seafood Paella,(V)….or chicken.

Melon with Serrano Ham
Huevos Rellenos (Eggs stuffed with 2 filling styles eg curry, blue cheese) (V)

Ensalada Mixta (Tuna, Egg, Olives, Lettuce, Tomato, Grated Carrot, Cucumber, Onion and Tomatoes with Dressing)

COLD BUFFET

A selection of cold meats: sliced roast chicken with stuffing, ham and beef (cooked to your requirements).
We can also include a selection of Spanish meats if desired
Whole Poached Salmon with lemon mayonnaise
Mediterranean Quiche….or any type
Pasta salad with tomatoes and herbs,
Rice Salad with peppers and sweetcorn (any of these salads can be changed if desired)
Potato Salad
Mixed leaf , tomato and cucumber salad with dressing

Desserts:

(A choice of 2)  Mediterranean Pavlova, Chocolate Cheesecake, Summer Pudding, Tiramisu, Lemon Mousse,

FORMAL DINNER

(A choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts)

A Starter: (All served with crusty white and brown bread)

Mediterranean Fish Soup
Spiced Baby Crabcakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce
Stuffed Aubergine au gratin
Baby Quiche (whatever type you like) with onion marmalade.
Mediterranean Prawn Salad

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Pitta Bread
Salmon Gravlax with sweet mustard sauce
Falafel with Mint and Coriander Raita

YACHT MENU

Canapes: Speared Chorizo with stuffed olives and manchego, Prawns on
wholemeal with salsa verde sauce, Speared Cherry tomatoes with basil
and mozzarella pearls, Spicy Spinach Tortilla on sticks.
Mains: Selection of Spanish Meats and Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Chicken
and Ham, Pisto Pasta Salad with fresh herbs, New Potato Salad, Greek Salad
Crusty Bread (Wholemeal and White) and Butter.
Desserts: Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova.

Food will be served on disposable foil platters and covered in cling film.
Disposable plates and cutlery can be provided if required.
